We advise on the Freedom of Information Act 2000, including the application of exclusions and appeals to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and Information Tribunal. We advise on data privacy and sharing arrangements, and shared services arrangements between public bodies together with any data privacy implications.
We can also help clients in respect to the Data Protection Act 1998 including subject access requests and data protection breaches, as well as on the Environmental Information Regulations 2004.
