We offer advice to schools and local authorities with regard to special educational needs and EHC Plans including home to school transport duties. We provide advice and representation to local authorities at tribunal hearings for appeals relating to EHC Plans and we can secure preferential rates for specialist barristers for representation in the Tribunal and other courts if required.
We provide training to school staff, governing bodies and local authorities, which can be bespoke to address whatever needs are identified.
